EMT-10S-10. The EMT-10S-10 has two kettles. Each of the two kettles on the EMT-10S-10 has a capacity of 10 gallons (38 litres). The steam jacket of each EMT-10S-10 kettle extends around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. Each EMT-10S-10 kettle has a double-wall interior. The kettle interior is 316 stainless steel for high acid content products. The EMT-10S-10 is operated by an electrically heated steam boiler.
