Single Convection Oven, Electric, Standard Depth. Ventless. A hood is not required for the Southbend PCES-PRO-SINGLE oven when using the ventless option. Each oven has 11 rack positions. The rack guides provide rack positions spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. Standard Controls, Independent Doors. The SC standard controls have a lowest stated temperature of 140°F. The SC standard controls have a highest stated temperature of 500°F. The oven heating elements are available with a combined rating of 11 kW. The oven electrical system is available at 240 VAC. The PCES-PRO-SINGLE electric units are available for single-phase or three-phase operation, which must be specified upon ordering. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
