Universal Ventless Hood. The WVU-72 hood system provides 72.0 in of space for under-hood appliances. Only electrically heated appliances are acceptable for installation under the WVU-72 hood system. 208/240V, 1PH. The WVU-72 hood system draws 3.5 A on 1 phase. The WVU-72 hood system has typical airflow of 1500 CFM. The hood does not require venting outside. The filtration system includes a stainless steel grease baffle filter with grease cup, fiberglass pre-filters, and a HEPA filter/carbon-charcoal filter pack. … All filters are easily removable without tools. The hood has airflow sensors that continually monitor airflow to optimize performance and grease removal … and an interlock system that will not allow cooking appliances to function if filters are missing, clogged, or in the event of a fire. The hood has stainless steel construction for strength, durability, and ease of cleaning. The fire-protection system is a completely self-contained ANSUL R-102 system and includes an ANSUL tank, nitrogen cartridge, ANSUL sopanifier, piping, heat sensors, ANSUL drops, nozzles, and a movable manual pull station. The manual pull can be relocated to the egress position or an additional station can be added by an authorized ANSUL representative. Front access is provided for easy fire-system maintenance.
