The Southbend Platinum Series bakery electric convection oven is a double-deck oven. The PCEB-DOUBLE oven assembly has two oven cavities. The two oven cavities in the PCEB-DOUBLE oven assembly are vertically stacked. The PCEB-DOUBLE double-oven assembly has a heating-element input of 7.5 kW per oven in the listed 7.5 kW configuration. The PCEB-DOUBLE ovens are electric units. Each PCEB-DOUBLE oven with either 11 kW or 7.5 kW heating elements has a supply voltage of 208 VAC. For each PCEB-DOUBLE oven with 7.5 kW heating elements, the listed single-phase current is 36.1 A at 208 VAC, 60 Hz. PCEB-DOUBLE electric ovens are available for single-phase operation, which must be specified upon ordering. The touchscreen controls are TC-Touchscreen Controls. The oven with TC-Touchscreen Controls has a temperature-controller range of 150°F to 550°F. The touchscreen-control oven has a Hold thermostat range of 140°F to 200°F. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides.
