Middleby Southbend Ultimate Series 60-inch freestanding gas range, model 4601AC-2RR_NG, is a heavy-duty commercial floor range for indoor kitchen lines. It has six 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron open burners, a 24-inch raised manual griddle/broiler on the right, and a convection oven base with 3 racks, 175°F–550°F thermostat, and 115V/3-phase electrical for the oven functions, all on natural gas with 263,500 total BTUs. Stainless front and sides, a factory regulator, standing pilots, front manual gas shutoff, and optional cabinet doors/casters make it a full-service production range for high-volume prep, sauté, griddle, and bake work rather than a compact line unit.
