The 30-inch electric range with standard oven base, model R30S, is rated at 240 V and 60 Hz. Heavy duty 430 stainless steel exterior insulated on six sides. The standard oven has an aluminized steel cooking chamber, one center rack guide with chrome plated rack, and a heavy-duty hinge-down oven door. Each cook-top component has individual controls. The oven thermostat on Lang electric ranges has a setting range of 150–450°F. All Lang electric ranges are factory wired for 3-phase service. The R30S row lists 36.1 A/line at 240 V, 3Ø, 60 Hz.
