The Southbend 36-inch sectional range includes a charbroiler section. The P36C-CCC configuration has a cabinet base. gas type: propane. The range's full-width charbroiler has an operating surface temperature of up to 600°F (315°C). Removable cast iron grates have an adjustable front-to-back slope and flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The range's front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. Each P36-CCC sectional unit has a 1-inch rear gas connection. P36-CCC sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 inches water column for propane. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply; a pressure regulator must be ordered separately. professional installation required: True.
