Southbend Platinum Series P36N-SIS is a 36" electric modular induction sectional with two 12" hobs, rated at 7 kW total on 240V, 3-phase, so it fits a high-volume line rather than a light-duty countertop unit. It uses removable 3,500W induction elements, CERAN glass, LED power-level indicators, automatic infrared shut-off, and all-stainless construction, with a removable drip tray and 9-1/4" front rail; it can be set on a TruVection oven base, cabinet base, or mounted on a countertop/refrigerated/freezer base. At 36" W x 37.5" D x 19" H and 300 lb, it is a compact modular battery component for commercial indoor kitchens, with optional casters and battery/suite connections for integrated cooklines.
