The Globe S213A-16 is a commercial frozen automatic slicer, not a deli slicer, built for frozen or partially frozen meat only. It uses a 13" double-serrated carbon steel knife with up to 1/8" indexing, a variable-speed brushless motor, auto-engagement, and a 50° gravity-feed carriage with capacity for product up to 13.75" H x 7.5" dia. x 11" W, making it suited to high-use prep for ultra-thin shabu-shabu, hot pot, bulgogi, and similar service. It runs on 110V/60Hz/1PH, 2 amps, with a NEMA 5-15 plug, and its compact 22" W x 28.3" D x 24.8" H footprint, anodized aluminum construction, removable meat grip, removable upper carriage, and lift lever make cleanup and maintenance easier in busy kitchens.
