The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE assembly includes two oven decks. The two oven decks of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly are arranged one above the other. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series electric heating elements have a combined rating of 11 kW per deck. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available for 208 VAC supply. The PCE-S-PRO electric oven models are available for single-phase or three-phase operation, specified upon ordering. The controls for the PCE-S-PRO double ovens are single phase. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series control panel is on the front, at the right side of the oven. The oven heating is regulated by an adjustable solid-state thermostat. The blower fan circulates air within the cavity, “scrubbing” heat to the oven interior for even heat distribution within the cavity. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven rack guides are spaced on 1-5/8-in centers. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free.
