Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603AA_NG, is a heavy-duty open-burner range with convection oven base, not a cookline griddle or fryer. It has ten 33,000 BTU cast iron star/sauté burners plus two 32,000 BTU natural gas convection ovens, for 394,000 total BTUs, so it fits high-volume line and production cooking rather than low-output prep. It’s a floor model at 60.75" W x 44.5" D x 59.5" H, natural gas, 120V/3PH, with stainless front and sides, removable grate tops, standing pilot on the burners, battery spark ignition on the oven bases, and each oven has three racks with a 175°F–550°F temperature range.
