For High Production Electric frying specify Anets Platinum electric Models AEP14 (R,X), 14T (X), or 18 (R) fryers. AEP14X. Anets AEP14X fryers have a listed input of 14 kW/hr. The AEP fryers have standard solid-state controls. The Solid State T-Stat (SSTC) on Anets AEP fryer models includes a melt-cycle mode. The fryer tank is stainless steel. The cabinet has a stainless-steel front, door, and sides. Standard features include an element rack, a drain-line clean-out rod, a fryer cleaning brush, and a fryer-cleaner sample packet. Anets AEP fryers have a high-temperature safety-limit switch. The fryers use fixed immersion type heating elements with high temp alloy sheath, mercury-free contactors, drain valve interlock, a 1-1/4 in full port drain, and a 3/16 in bottom hinge.
