Wells SS206 Built-In Rectangular Food Warmers are designed for top mount installation and to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. Each SS206 Series food warmer accommodates one 12 in × 20 in standard inset pan or equivalent fractional pans. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. Wellsloks are standard for quick and easy installation. The Wells SS206 Series and SS276 Series food warmers are suitable for wet or dry operation. The SS206T-120, SS206T, SS206TU-120, and SS206TU food warmers have thermostatic controls. The SS206TU-120 food warmer has an electrical input rating of 1650 W at 120 V. SS206TU-120 and SS206TDU-120 food warmers draw 13.75 A. All SS206 and SS276 models listed in the specifications table are single-phase (1Ø).
