The 48-inch sectional range is a full-width-griddle range … cabinet base. The P48C-GGGG sectional range has a width of 48 inches. P48C-GGGG … have a natural-gas input of 128,000 BTU/hour. The P48 range requires a minimum natural-gas supply pressure of 7 in. W.C. The gas supply must be regulated; a pressure regulator must be ordered separately. The P48C-GGGG sectional range has a manual griddle. The manual griddle models do not allow specific temperature operation. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick and has side and rear splashers. The exterior finish is constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The cabinet-base models have two 24-inch-wide stainless steel cabinets with removable doors that open from the center.
