Each ECX-2S compartment holds 1 pan that is 6 in deep. fuel type: electric. 42KW, 240V, 3PH. Each cooking chamber is all-welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated, and provided with removable stainless steel pan supports. Each cooking compartment of the steamer includes a timer with a duration of 60 minutes. An audible signal sounds at the end of the cooking cycle. The electric steam boiler operates at 9–11 psi (62–76 kPa).
