Imperial’s Spec Series IHR-2HT-2-EW-M is a 36-inch-wide modular heavy-duty countertop electric range, built for indoor commercial kitchens and high-volume line work. It runs on 208V, 3-phase power with 13.5 kW/46 amps, has four cooking surfaces arranged as (2) wafer plate burners and (2) hot tops, and uses sealed heating elements plus infinite heat controls and a thermostat for steady peak-hour cooking.
