PCVDE-1. The PCVDE-1 electric convection oven has a bakery-depth configuration. The PCVDE-1 electric convection oven has a single-deck configuration. The PVE-1 and PCVDE-1 models draw 30 A per oven at 208 V, 3 phase. The two-speed, 1/2 hp fan motor is for high-production cooking and delicate baking. The oven has a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning and provides better browning. The exterior is stainless steel, except for the back; the oven has welded and finished seams and stainless steel legs. The Turbo-Flow System recirculates hot air to maximize efficiency for energy savings.
