The Bistro restaurant range family has a heavy-duty classification. single convection oven base … add a “C” to the end of the model number … defaults to the larger oven on the right. width in: 60. fuel type: gas. gas type: propane. Propane gas operating pressure is at least 10 inches W.C. and at most 14 inches W.C. Each Bistro range open-top burner is rated at 30,000 BTU. The griddle has a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate and one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. The convection oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F. Standard features include a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back; 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction; a stainless steel removable oven interior; one chrome-plated oven rack per oven; oven controls located in a cool zone; stainless steel gas tubing throughout; stainless steel pilot tips; (2) 3/4" gas regulators; and a stainless steel stub back. The convection oven is to have a 14-gauge stainless steel interior and one chrome-plated oven rack, with wires curled around the main frame. A 1/3 HP 115/60/1 blower motor is provided. The range must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied.
