The WVO-G136 is a ventless cooking system with a convection oven base and griddle top. The WVO-G136 includes a heavy-duty, full-size griddle with a removable splash guard and two independent controls. The convection oven base has a stainless steel exterior and interior, full insulation, a two-speed fan, an ergo metric handle, solid-state temperature and timer controls, and five easy-to-use programmable menu keys. The WVO-G136 convection oven base has five oven racks. 208 V, three-phase configuration rated at 12.2 kW. The Wells Universal hood integrated into the VCS 2000 system is a recirculation hood system. The VCS includes a fully self-contained 4-stage air filtration system including a stainless steel grease baffle filter with grease cup, a fire-rated fiberglass pre-filter, a HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filter, and a carbon-charcoal filter pack. All filters are easily removable without tools. Air flow sensors continually monitor air flow, optimizing performance and grease removal, while an interlock system will not allow cooking appliances to function if filters are missing, clogged, or in the event of a fire. The VCS includes an illuminated early-warning system to monitor filter replacement. The Wells VCS 2000 system with WVO-G136 fits through a 36-inch-wide door opening.
