The cabinet has 1” thick, high-density continuous wrap-around type fiberglass insulation with 1 1/2” thickness on top. The BB96E, BB120E, and BB150E banquet carters operate at 120 volts. The BB96E, BB120E, and BB150E banquet carters operate on single-phase power. The BB96E, BB120E, and BB150E banquet carters draw 13.7 amps. The stainless steel heating system is removable without tools and has a 1600 watt Inconel-sheathed heating element, high-impedance protection, an internally cooled fan motor, a full-range thermostat, and a power-indicating light.
