The ECOF-[AP1/S1]M single convection oven is full-size. The single ECOF-[AP1/S1]M oven accommodates 5 18-inch by 26-inch pans simultaneously. The oven supports 12-inch by 20-inch, 2-1/2-inch-deep steam table pans in its supplied pan-slide arrangement. The single ECOF-[AP1/S1]M oven has 11 rack positions. The single configuration includes 5 wire racks per oven. Each oven unit has a temperature range of 150°F to 450°F. The ECOF model draws 16.1 A at 480 V AC, 3-phase. The ECOF and ECOF-2 models require installation under an approved vent hood. The Accu-Plus controls for the ECOF-[AP1/S1]M or ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection oven include a 1-hour timer. The Accu-Plus control package includes a pulse-fan switch. Heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior, with attractive No. 4 finish.
