The standard features include easy lift-out immersion elements for easy cleanup; a FILTER SOON production monitor that tracks cooking activity per frypot and indicates when filtration is needed; a 35 lb JIB holder and low JIB indicator; a stainless steel tank; a stainless steel cabinet front, door, and sides; a 1-1/4 in (3.2 cm) full-port drain valve; mercury-free heating contactors; and 9 in (22.9 cm) adjustable legs for leveling the fryer. The fryer system's filter uses a 10.0 in by 20.5 in filter envelope. The frypot oil replenishment system operates by push button. Each SELV14 or SELV14T fryer requires its own separate power supply. SELV14 and SELV14T fryers have a four-wire-plus-ground conductor arrangement for three-phase Y supply.
