The Platinum PRO Series standard gas convection oven is offered in a double-deck arrangement. The Southbend PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly has its two oven cavities arranged vertically, one above the other. Each deck of the Platinum PRO Series oven is available with 50,000 BTU gas input. The Platinum PRO Series oven is offered for LP gas. voltage: 120. The PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE standard electrical supply has a total maximum current of 7.9 A per deck. The standard control panel is located on the front, at the right side of the oven. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range beginning at 140°F. The standard-control version has a 60-minute mechanical cook timer. The oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free.
