Imperial® Pro Series IR-10-E-CC is a 60" freestanding electric restaurant range with a full 60" x 30.5" footprint and two convection ovens, aimed at busy commercial kitchens that need a high-output line. The top has 10 round 2.6 kW plate elements with independent infinite heat controls, and the ovens are 5.3 kW each with a 1/4 hp blower, porcelainized interiors, three chrome racks, and oven controls kept in an insulated side compartment; overall it runs on 208V, 1PH, 30.6 kW, 81 amps and requires a dedicated circuit and professional installation. Heavy stainless construction, adjustable 6" legs, and spill-resistant top design make it a floor unit suited to high-volume cooking and baking where a large electric range with dual convection ovens fits the comparison set.
