The Southbend BEMTS-60 has a rated capacity of 60 gallons (227 liters). 18KW, 240V, 1PH. The skillet's controls are mounted in the cabinet base, and its hydraulic lift system is powered by a 1/2 HP electrical motor for smooth and precise tilting action.
