Imperial® ITG-72-E-VENTLESS is a 72" wide electric ventless thermostatically controlled countertop griddle for commercial indoor use. It runs on 480V, 3-phase, 24 kW with a field-wired connection and a dedicated circuit, and its 72" x 31" footprint with 14" height makes it a large, high-output line unit rather than a compact griddle. The unit has six 4 kW serpentine elements, a 24" deep 3/4" steel cooking plate, 550°F max temperature, stainless front/sides/ledge, removable 1-gallon grease pan, adjustable 4" legs, and it is compatible with Wells ventless hoods, which suits high-volume grill service where hood space is limited.
