The UCPMDE264 Double Basin Multicooker's control system uses a multifunctional keyboard. Each basin of the UCPMDE264 Double Basin Multicooker has a stated capacity of 242 liters. The UCPMDE264 Double Basin Multicooker has two basins. The UCPMDE264 Double Basin Multicooker's control system has a touch screen. The UCPMDE264 Double Basin Multicooker's control-system touch screen is 7 inches. The panel board provides an ON/OFF switch, a resistive 7-inch touch screen, keys for moving the basket, selection of two cooking modes with working temperature setting or minimum/maximum heating, cooking type and time settings, and manual or program cooking. Cooking programs can be created and edited with cooking type, temperature and time parameters, and inserted text messages. The panel also provides delayed cooking settings, language settings, and different units of measurement. The cooking vessel and perforated basket are stainless steel AISI 316; the basket has electric tilting. The balanced lid is stainless steel AISI 304. The UCPMDE264 Double Basin Multicooker automatically fills water into its vat. The UCPMDE264 Double Basin Multicooker's baskets lift automatically at the end of cooking. The FIREX UCPMDE264 uses electric power. The FIREX UCPMDE264 is rated for 3-phase electrical supply at 220–240 V, 60 Hz. At 220–240 V, the FIREX UCPMDE264 has an electric power rating of 46.60 kW.
