Electric Tilt Braising Pan. The UCBTE034V1 has a cooking vessel surface of 589 in². The cooking vessel is stainless steel AISI 304, with a 12 mm bottom and 3 mm walls. The self-supporting frame is stainless steel AISI 304 (thickness 30-40/10), and the outer cover is stainless steel AISI 304 with a fine satin finish (thickness 12-15/10). The UCBTE034V1 braising pan's cooking vessel tilts electrically. The panel board functions include an on/off switch, resistive 7-inch touch screen, keys to turn the mixer on/off and move the basin, selection of five cooking modes with working temperature setting, cooking with the tilted basin (up to 15°), and cooking type and time setting. It supports Manual and Program cooking modes and creation and editing of multiphase cooking programs with settings for each phase.
