The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. 24" Plancha, 12" Charbroiler. Modular – Natural Gas. The Southbend sectional range is available as a modular unit for mounting on a countertop, refrigerated base, or freezer base. gas input btu: 96000. The exterior finish is #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom. The Southbend sectional range has a 1-inch rear gas connection. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in W.C. for natural gas. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately). If using a flexible-hose gas connection, the inside diameter of the hose must not be smaller than the connector on the unit and must comply with ANSI Z21.69, providing an adequate means of restraint to prevent undue strain on the gas connection.
