The JCBH-42 chicken broiler is 42 in wide. Jade Titan JCBH chicken broiler models are available for natural gas. The JCBH-42 chicken broiler has 7 burners. Each burner on the Jade Titan JCBH chicken broiler has a high-production output of 25,000 BTU/hr. The JCBH chicken broiler has a 3/4 in. gas connection. The JCBH chicken broiler must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied. The JCBH chicken broiler requires a minimum natural-gas operating pressure of 5 in. W.C. Precision individual control of burners. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded body construction. The broiler has 12 gauge all welded firebox construction. The stainless steel superstructure is removable for cleaning, offers 4 levels of broiling and gives an additional 4" of cooking space at the rear. The broiler has an extra large self-draining gutter, grease drawer and shelf.
