GP61. Bakers Pride Hearthbake Series GP ovens have a countertop configuration. A two-chamber configuration of Bakers Pride Hearthbake Series GP ovens has two baking chambers. GP61 ovens have a rated gas input of 45,000 BTU/h (13.19 kW). GP61 and GP61-HP ovens have a thermostat range from 300°F (149°C) to 650°F (343°C). GP61 and GP61-HP ovens have 2 decks. The baking chambers in the two-chamber configuration of Bakers Pride Hearthbake Series GP ovens are made of aluminized steel. The series comes standard with a stainless steel exterior and 4-in adjustable legs. Bakers Pride GP series ovens have a modulating thermostat. The Hearthbake GP oven has a 3/4 in (19 mm) NPT gas inlet. Hearthbake Series GP countertop gas ovens require 2 in (51 mm) of right-side clearance for combustible construction. The Hearthbake GP ovens require 1 in (25 mm) of left-side clearance for combustible construction.
