Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4606AC-2CR_LP, built for commercial indoor use. It’s a heavy-duty open-burner range with 3 star/sauté burners in front, 2 Pyromax burners in back, a 24" charbroiler on the right, and a convection oven base plus cabinet base, all on propane at 275,000 total BTU; the oven base is 32,000 BTU and runs on 115V single-phase power. At 60.75" wide and 42.13" deep, with stainless front and sides, cast iron removable grates, standing pilot on the top burners, and a front manual gas shutoff, it fits high-volume line cooking and roasting where a full-size range with charbroiler and oven in one footprint is needed.
