The Blodgett CNVX-14G is gas-fired. Each section of the Blodgett CNVX-14G holds fourteen 12 × 20 × 2-1/2 in. deep North American hotel pans at 3-1/4 in. spacing. Each section of the Blodgett CNVX-14G holds seven full-size sheet pans at 3-1/4 in. spacing. The standard programmable manual control for the CNVX-14G gas convection oven stores 100 recipes. The CNVX-14G gas convection oven has an operating temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. The maximum gas input for a CNVX-14G section is 65,000 BTU/hr. The CNVX-14G gas convection oven has a 3/4-inch NPT gas inlet per section. Each standard CNVX-14G gas convection oven section is supplied at 115 VAC. Each standard CNVX-14G gas convection oven section draws 12 amps. The oven has a stainless steel top, front, sides, and back.
