The Bakers Pride DP-2 and DP-2BL ovens have a countertop configuration. The Bakers Pride DP-2 series ovens have two baking chambers. Each of the two baking chambers in the Bakers Pride DP-2 series ovens has one deck. Each Bakers Pride DP-2 series deck is 20.75 in square (527 mm square). The Bakers Pride DP-2 series has independently controlled baking chambers. Bakers Pride DP2 and DP2BL series ovens have top and bottom heating elements that are controlled independently. The Bakers Pride DP-2 series is offered with a stated temperature range of 300–650°F (149–343°C). The Bakers Pride DP-2 and DP-2BL ovens use electric power. The DP-2 and DP-2BL ovens are each rated at 5,050 W for the listed power-supply configurations. The DP-2 and DP-2BL ovens are rated for 208 V supply. The brick-lined model has a Cordierite ceiling, which offers the added benefit of increased temperatures and recovery times.
