Wells MOD-427TDM/AF is a commercial electric drop-in wet food well module, not a fryer or oven, built as a top-mount heated holding unit for buffet and line service. It holds 4 each 1/3-size inset pans per well, uses 208V 3-phase power at 1240W, and requires both a plumbed water line and drain line, so it fits fixed-install counter applications rather than portable use.
