The Blodgett DFG-200 is a gas convection oven. The DFG-200 double configuration includes two oven compartments. Each DFG-200 oven compartment accepts five 18 × 26 in. standard full-size bake pans in left-to-right or front-to-back positions. The DFG-200 temperature control range has an upper endpoint of 500°F (260°C).
