The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. Touch Controls, Independent Doors, Ventless. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE assembly includes two oven decks. The two oven decks of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly are arranged one above the other. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series electric heating elements have a combined rating of 7.5 kW per deck. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available for 208 VAC supply. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available in single-phase configuration. Digital Touchscreen Controls have manual, recipe, or rack modes. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series control panel is on the front, at the right side of the oven. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven.
