Imperial Spec Series IHR-6-EW-XB is a 36-inch freestanding electric range with storage base, built for high-volume commercial kitchens and indoor use. It has six sealed wafer plate elements—three 12" x 12" plates in front and three 12" x 13" plates in back—each 3.75 kW, with a 650°F max temperature, infinite heat controls, thermostat control, and a large 3.25" stainless steel landing ledge. It runs on 240V, 3-phase power, draws 22.5 kW/56 amps, needs a dedicated circuit and professional installation, and includes an open cabinet base for storage; stainless solid doors, casters, and extra racks are available options.
