Half Size Premium Electric Convection Oven. Right Hinge Door - 8KW, 220/240, 1PH. CTBR models follow the same specifications as CTB, except that the door opens on the right side and the controls are on the left side. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. An increased-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 220/240 V, 60 Hz, single-phase supply.
