The Star peristaltic condiment dispenser has a low-profile design. The HPDE2 is a standard dispenser. The HPDE2 is designed to use two 6 lb (2.72 kg) pouches. The HPDE2 model family dispenser draws 8.3 A at 120 V. The HPDE2 model family dispenser is rated at 1,000 watts. The Star peristaltic condiment dispenser has a digital temperature control. The Star peristaltic condiment dispenser's temperature control is factory-preset to 145°F (63°C). Star peristaltic dispensers are constructed with stainless steel supports and high impact plastic panels. The dispenser features a removable stainless steel drip pan. The Star peristaltic condiment dispenser pump design evacuates cheese and condiments directly from the pouch with at least 95% product evacuation.
