Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range with a standard oven base, built for high-volume commercial kitchens. It combines three front star/sauté burners, three rear 33K non-clog burners, a 24" left-side charbroiler, and two 45,000 BTU standard ovens for a total of 352,000 BTUs, so it fits heavy production lines rather than low-volume use. Natural gas only, 60.75"W x 34"D x 59.5"H, with stainless steel front/sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark oven ignition, front manual gas shut-off, and 10" side and rear clearance requirements.
