Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4604AA-2CR_NG, is a heavy-duty commercial range with a 60-3/4" wide cooking top and two convection oven bases, so it fits high-volume line cooking and baking rather than a compact setup. The top combines (3) star/sauté burners in front, (3) 33,000 BTU burners in rear, and a 24" right-side charbroiler, with removable cast-iron grates, standing pilots, a front manual gas shut-off, and a factory-installed regulator. It runs on natural gas at 326,000 total BTU, uses 115V/3PH power for the oven blowers, and has stainless front and sides, 1/2 hp convection motors, and 3 racks per oven with a 175°F–550°F thermostat.
