The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer has a stated chip capacity of 2.75 cubic feet, approximately 20 gallons of chips. The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer has an internal mechanical thermostat, factory pre-set to 175°F. It is adjustable with tools via an access hole with grommet located on the rear of the cabinet. An on/off switch has a power-indicating light. It preheats to 160°F (71°C) in approximately 20 minutes. The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer has completely welded cabinet construction, with the outer cabinet welded to the cabinet liner. The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer has all-stainless-steel construction. The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer has a single-panel polished stainless-steel door. Its product-loading door is hinged at the front for easy loading. The loading door functions as a chip ramp during loading. The serving door has two heavy-duty magnetic catches and functions as a platform for holding baskets in the open position. The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer carries the NSF/ANSI 4 mark.
