The Southbend 36-inch sectional range has six induction cook tops. Each of the six cook tops on the Southbend 36-inch sectional range is specified as 12 in. input kw: 21. The P36-III electric range's standard supply is 3 phase. The P36-III electric range is optionally available with a 1-phase supply. The P36-III electric range must be wired by a licensed electrician for its standard 240/60 3-phase supply and optional 240/60 1-phase supply. The range has a high-impact CERAN® glass top. The induction elements are removable for service. Each cooking element has a 0–9 power-level LED indicator. The range is constructed of 100% stainless steel.
