The Southbend 36-inch sectional range model P36C-GGG is configured with a cabinet base. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick and has side and rear splashers; … the range also has a 9-1/4-inch-deep front rail and a removable stainless steel grease drawer. The exterior front, sides, rear and bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The cabinet base is stainless steel and has removable doors that open from the center. gas type: propane. Each P36 sectional unit requires a minimum propane supply pressure of 11 inches W.C. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply; a pressure regulator must be ordered separately.
