R36C-ATAM. The R36C-M* Series range's ATAM top configuration includes one griddle. The R36C-ATAM range has two French plates. The convection oven base on each listed R36C configuration holds 6 18” x 26” sheet pans. The oven thermostat for the Lang R36C-M* Series range convection oven has a temperature range of 150–450°F. The oven controls include a power-ON switch, damper control, and a 60-minute timer with alarm. The range has a heavy-duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior with an attractive No. 4 finish. The R36C range is specified for 208 V AC, 60 Hz supply. The R36C range draws 69.2 A at 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase. The R36C range has a total electrical input of 21.6 kW at 208 V, 60 Hz.
