The Southbend KELT-20F, KELT-30F, KELT-40F, and KELT-60F kettles are self-generating steam kettles. The Southbend KELT-20F, KELT-30F, KELT-40F, and KELT-60F kettles are full-jacketed. The Southbend KELT-20F, KELT-30F, KELT-40F, and KELT-60F kettles are tilting kettles. The Southbend KELT-20F, KELT-30F, KELT-40F, and KELT-60F kettles are floor mounted. The KELT-60F kettle has a rated capacity of 60 gallons (227 liters). The 33 kW, three-phase electrical configuration is listed at 220 V. The kettle's tilt mechanism is sealed stainless steel, tilts the kettle forward a full 90° for complete emptying, and is self-locking for positive stop action. The heating elements are thermostatically controlled to provide precise temperatures throughout the range from slow simmer to rolling boil. The kettles have an air vent and a safety valve.
