The Southbend P32N-171 has a modular mount. The Southbend P32N-171 is supplied without a base. The P32N-171 has a gas input of 104,000 BTU/hr for natural gas. The infrared broiler burners are rated at 104,000 BTU for NAT or LP. The warming oven is located above the broiler and is heated by broiler flue gases. The broiler's exterior top, front, sides, and back are 430 stainless steel with a #3 polish. The broiler has a 90-second preheat with no waiting between loads. The broiler grid has four height positions. The P32-171 assembly is 32 inches (813 mm) wide, as dimensioned in the equipment drawing. The P32N-171 draws 1.0 A at 208/240 V (see note). The P32N-171 draws 1.0 A at 120 V.
