Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back orientation. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 5.6 kW per oven section. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 208 V, 60 Hz, single-phase supply. The standard-output 208 V, 60 Hz, single-phase CTB/CTBR supply is rated at 27/0/27 A on L1-L2-L3. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control is manual. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section.
