Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603DD_LP, is a heavy-duty propane unit built for high-volume line cooking and baking. It has 10 open star burners at 33,000 BTU each plus two standard oven bases at 45,000 BTU each, for 420,000 total BTU; the ovens are 14" H x 26" W x 26.5" D, fit full-size pans both ways, and each includes one rack, making it a strong fit for busy restaurants that need both top cookline output and double-oven capacity.
